Navion Senior Solutions is looking for a Sales Counselor to join our team. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for patterning with the Sales and Marketing Director and the leadership team to support perspective residents and their families as they elevate senior care options.
Requirements
-Must be 18 years of age or older.
-Bachelors degree preferred.
-Knowledge of the local market preferred.
-Experience in a healthcare, hospitality or service environment preferred.
-Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others. Performance Requirements:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Dependable.
-Organized, methodical and motivated.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Pleasant, friendly and helpful at all times.
-Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales:
-Assist Sales Director with weekly move in goals.
-Maintain database and data entry of calls, visits or touches into Point Click Care CRM.
-Outside sales calls to eight to ten professional referral sources per week.
-Assist with the development and implementation of the communitys sales plan.
Marketing:
-Assist with marketing activities and events.
-Document marketing activity on a daily basis, transferring activity to ED or to the Sales Director.
-Weekly Key Preforming Indicators summary to ED, SD & RDSM.
-Meet monthly sales standards including follow up calls, professional sales calls, monthly lead mailing and event planning.
-Prepare marketing packets and literature for visits.
-Develop a strong network of professional and agency referral sources.
-Host an attend community events, developing positive community relations.
-Research and maintain information on local competitors, including rates, specials and services.
-Schedule presentations with prospective residents and families, in accordance with Navion Senior Solutions
